Happy Hunka-chunka

Avi made up that name...I think with his sister. I enjoy it on occasion. We lit the candles this evening and he sang to me and then we sang the dreidel song together. It was really lovely. We have a week of appointments to look forward to, it is kind of irritating, but we are going to do it. Then we are running away, to the "country house" aka Swarthmore. I am so looking forward to it you have no idea...Avi has no idea. I can't wait to be in a house where I don't have to worry about doing dishes or stressing out about how clean the housse should be if company decides to come over. I just get to be with him and relax. Which right now, if I am going to be perfectly honest is the best gift I could get (give myself) this year.

Today I am grateful for...

movies...they gave mme something to do while cleaning today

goodwill...they will take clothes I no longer want

clean laundry...they smell good on Avi

my dog being home...our family is together

Avi...he is my hero

One more day...

Funny story by the way...Indi is terrified of Avi's lazy boy. She thinks the chair is trying to eat us everytime we put the stool up. She barks, dances around and gets really angry. It is almost as funny as her feaar of the vacuum and windsheild wipers. I'm glad she is home.
